Exchange and return of goods

The exchange and return of goods that have retained their original appearance, factory labels, seals and original packaging, as well as with a document confirming the fact of purchase, can be completed within 14 calendar days according to the legislation of Ukraine.

Please note that in the case of returning goods using New Mail, shipping in Ukraine takes 1-2 days. We recommend that you make a refund no later than 10 days after receiving the order in order to accurately meet the deadlines and receive a refund on time.

We urge you to do the fitting carefully. In case the item did not suit you and you changed your mind to make a purchase, do not break the price tags and labels. Item must be returned with all original packaging.

In Kiev, the exchange and return of goods is carried out in stores - when paying in cash.

In Ukraine, exchange and return is possible using the "New Mail".


Refund

If the returned product has been prepaid, the return is made to the card with which the prepayment was made. The terms for crediting funds to the beneficiary's bank account depend on the internal regulations of the recipient bank.
